Cancellation and Refund Policy

Webworxlab ensures 100% customer satisfaction and we strive to achieve this in every possible way. Based on industry-recommended procedures and standards, we have established a considerate cancellation and refund policy.

We meticulously plan each project by dividing the work into milestones. All projects commence with a thorough discovery/analysis phase and the creation of a scope of work document. This ensures that both parties have a complete understanding of the required work, minimizing the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Refunds are not possible for work already completed, as time and effort are invested in achieving every milestone and completing each module. In the event of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client retains control of all completed work, and any payment for further development becomes void, with no refund of previous payments or deposits.

Once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase, no payment will be refunded. There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase.

Cancellations are not entertained for services offered by our marketing team on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be canceled.

SEO and digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a written notice 30 days in advance.

Refunds are not offered on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days. Clients must place their cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order, and Webworxlab will only accept it if the project has not been started yet.
